Goal - Driven CIC is an education and sports enterprise helping people reach their highest potential through personal and social development, across the UK. Goal - Driven collaborates with local community support groups, and helps its clients work through challenging life circumstances by delivering life coaching, engaging sports activities, educational presentations, and recreational workshops. The initiative of Goal - Driven is aimed at overcoming mental health conditions, offending history, substance misuse, unemployment, immigration hardships, and social exclusion.

Cornell is an established social care professional, and a football coach formally appointed as an U10's Academy Assistant and then 1st Team Coach at Coventry University Women's Football Club. Cornell has also coached men recovering from mental health conditions to compete in German, Austrian, Dutch and British football tournaments. Cornell's youth football background includes playing for Spurs Supporters' Club, being coached by ex Tottenham Hotspur FC players Gary Stevens and Jason Dozzell, representing the South Birmingham district as a youth player, being coached by ex Birmingham City FC defender John Frain, and a school boy trial at West Bromwich Albion Football Club.
